Inspiration
Summer tide is inspired by the small pools left behind after the tide has gone out. Coral dancing in the barrier reef giving life and contrast. The calmness of still water across the Barrier Reef inspired this painting. But just as calm and tranquil as it can be there are thousands of tiny colours that make up what looks to be a single entity. I can look at water for hours – perhaps it is because I am a pisces. I feel peaceful when I look at this painting
