Inspiration
Travelling west of Gunnedah NSW in May 2023 and visiting a cotton property bought some unexpected beauty. We would sit on the verandah at night watching the massive sky turn the cotton fields into a magical display of colour and light. The endless sky lead me to think that this needed to be a series. Sunsets are always hard to capture, but using the metalics makes this truly sing and dance as the light did that winter’s evening in the outback.
